In our family home in La Palma — right on the Orange County–LA County line, minutes from Cerritos, Buena Park, Cypress, Los Alamitos, and La Mirada. Real rooms, a couch with an open-door policy, and outdoor space to relax. Never a kennel, and never caged as a matter of course: your dog sleeps on a dog bed in the living area, or in their own crate if that's already part of their bedtime routine at home. Tell us the normal routine and we'll match it.

Never more than 3 at a time, boarding and day care combined — small by design, not a marketing line. Introductions are slow and supervised — it's the thing our reviews mention most. If your dog does better as the only guest, that's exactly what The Cabana Stay ($110/night, at most 1 other dog) and the Guaranteed Solo Stay ($170/night, sole occupancy) are for — ask at the meet & greet.

Boarding is for dogs 1 year and older. We adore puppies, but the under-one crowd needs a level of round-the-clock supervision that isn't a fair fit for a shared home stay — so we keep it to dogs who are ready for it.

Oral medications are given exactly per your written schedule, at no extra charge — senior routines and picky eaters are everyday work here too. Injections (like insulin) are case-by-case; mention it at the meet & greet. Senior dog boarding is everyday work here, not a special case — slower walks, more naps, meds exactly on time, and never a surcharge.

Yes — $60/day, drop-off and pickup 7am–8pm (extendable within reason). Same free meet & greet requirement as boarding, and a day care dog takes one of the same roster spots as an overnight guest, not an extra one.

Drop-off is any time between 8am–8pm on arrival day (we confirm a time at booking), and pickup is by 12pm (noon) on departure day — need something different, just ask. Flights and traffic don't run on tidy windows, so we plan drop-off and pickup around your travel times, not the other way around. A pickup & drop-off service is also available within a short range, subject to the day — ask when you request dates.

Yes — Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella must be current, with proof, before the stay. This is a shared home, so it's firm for everyone's safety.

No — no size limits and no breed list. The free meet & greet is the only gate, and it's about fit, not paperwork: dogs 1 year and older, current vaccinations, monthly flea prevention, and a temperament that suits a shared home.

Not required. We decide by compatibility at the meet & greet and plan each stay's guest mix around every dog, intact or not. Many facilities require it across the board — a home gets to judge the actual dog.

Monthly flea prevention is required for every guest. If your dog isn't on one, we can provide K9 Advantix II for a fee — just ask at the meet & greet.

Yes please — familiar food keeps stomachs settled. If you'd rather we handle it, we offer kibble for $5/day or home-cooked meals for $15/day.

Yes — it's secured and gated. Dogs don't enter it without your permission, and any access is under full, direct supervision, always.

Cancel by 12pm (noon) three days before drop-off and you're refunded in full. After that, the first 7 days of the stay are refunded at 50% — and any days beyond the first 7 come back in full. Same terms whether you found us directly or know us from Rover.

$110/night for a smaller guest list — at most 1 other dog in the house with yours, down from up to 2 at the standard rate. Everything else is identical: same feeding, meds, play, and daily updates, same house. It's a good fit for dogs who settle better with fewer new faces around.

$170/night for sole occupancy — your dog is the only one boarding for your dates; nothing else about the stay changes (it's not a private suite or a different space). It depends on what's already on the roster, so it's not always available — ask when you request dates and we'll tell you honestly if yours work.
